We are still busy unpacking and trying to get things organized. I will be happy when we longer have to eat off a card table and have everything in order. I hate being disorganized! My great neice had a baby girl the other day so we are thrilled to have another addition to our somewhat small family. Congratulations to Brittany and Evan. They named her Taya Melitta. Melitta is the name of my mother and I know she would have been thrilled to have her great, great grandaughter named after her. My daughters best friend had a baby boy around the same time and they are just thrilled to bits as well. Congratulations Tiera and Wayne! They named the baby Zachary Hendrix....So, all this baby business gave me an opportunity to make some baby cards which I very seldom get to make. The adorable stamp set is Sweet Pea Stamps by Pink Cat Studio www.pinkcatstudio.com They have the cutest images and have fabulous customer service. For this particular stamp set they also have all kinds of accessories so I know I will be getting lots of use of these stamps in the future. For the girl card I used SU Pink Pirouette DSP and also SU Ribbon. The paper for the boy card was just some scraps that I had on hand. For the girl card I used a Martha Stewart border punch and some pearls, SU Dazzling Diamonds of course and I separated some strands of SU Pink ribbon to get the little fuzzy bow on the tail of the giraffe. On both cards the images were colored with Copics.....
