Here's another one .....These are sooo easy to make.....buy a glass block or two....they're addictive - lol then get your husband to drill a 1 1/2 to 2" hole in the side with a diamond drill bit, wash and dry the block oout.....then cut out some wrapping paper (not the foil kind) and cut it to 7 x 7 or the size of your block, put some double sided adhesive on the block and attach your paper to it. I used three strips of double sided adhesive so that when I attached the paper I could do it in small sections because the paper will quickly stick whatever it touches. This way you can just press the first third of the paper down on the tope before you remove the backing for the second section. Then after the paper is adhesived down (is that a word?) then put some double sided adhesive on top of the paper and peel off the backing. I then took some tiny bead or sugar beads and smoothed them all over the block and both sides. Then you just have to wrap your beautiful ribbon around it and Voila! There it is. I can't take credit for the fabulous bows. I cheated and used the "Bowmaker" I bought at Michaels. I think these will make fabulous gifts and hope you get a chance at making one for yourself. Don't Inge and Kelly look so proud of their creations??? LOL!
